Method
- Prepare the grill for medium heat.
- Core and slice each apple into 1-inch thick rings.
- Brush apple slices with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the apple slices for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Wrap each grilled apple ring with a slice of prosciutto.
- Drizzle honey over the grilled apples and prosciutto.
- Sprinkle fresh rosemary on top just before serving.
