Ingredients
  

  • 200 g digestive biscuits
  • 100 g unsalted butter melted
  • 400 g cream cheese softened
  • 300 g Nutella
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 200 ml heavy cream whipped
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Prepare the crust by crushing digestive biscuits and mixing with melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add Nutella and powdered sugar; mix until well combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip cream and fold into the Nutella mixture.
  6. Spoon the filling onto the crust and smooth the top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Garnish with additional Nutella or chocolate shavings before serving.
