Method
- Prepare the crust by crushing digestive biscuits and mixing with melted butter.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add Nutella and powdered sugar; mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip cream and fold into the Nutella mixture.
- Spoon the filling onto the crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Garnish with additional Nutella or chocolate shavings before serving.
