- Prepare the filling by mixing chocolate chips, marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers in a bowl.
- Take a piece of biscuit dough and flatten it in your hand.
- Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of the dough and wrap it around, sealing it tightly.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat.
- Fry the bombs in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove from the oil and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve warm.
