Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz fettuccine or spaghetti
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and mix well with the melted butter.
  4. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Toss in the cooked pasta and mix until well coated.
  7. Serve warm with chopped parsley as garnish.
