Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound chicken thighs cooked and shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 6 strips bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, mozzarella, and crumbled bacon.
  3. Open the can of biscuit dough, and separate the individual biscuits.
  4. Flatten each biscuit into a small circle, about 3-4 inches in diameter.
  5. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each biscuit circle.
  6. Gather the edges of the biscuit dough around the filling and pinch to seal.
  7. Place the sealed bombs seam-side down on a greased baking sheet.
  8. Brush the tops with olive oil before baking.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before garnishing with green onions.
