Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs chicken thighs boneless and skinless
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the chicken by patting it dry with paper towels.
  3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and toss to coat thoroughly.
  5. Arrange the coated chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Air fry the chicken for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Check for doneness using a meat thermometer. It should read 165°F (75°C).
  8. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
