  4. Pour the queso dip over the steak and veggies, stirring until everything is creamy and coated.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and let it melt for 1–2 minutes.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro, alongside warm tortillas.
