Ingredients
  

  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese e.g., cheddar or Swiss
  • 1 cup cooked sausage crumbled

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the pie crust in a pie dish.
  3. Cook the sausage and onions in a skillet until browned.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add the cooked sausage, onions, and cheese to the egg mixture.
