Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds chicken thighs skin-on
  • 1/2 cup hot honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, combine hot honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them thoroughly in the marinade.
  5. Place the marinated chicken skin-side up on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake the chicken for 30-35 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  7. Let the chicken rest for 5-10 minutes after baking.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
