Unroll crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
Place a spoonful of the crab mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
Roll the triangles from the wide end to the point, sealing the filling inside.
Place the filled crescent bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and flaky.
