Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper.
Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
Place the meatballs on a lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.
While the meatballs are baking, cook the pasta according to package instructions.
In a large skillet, melt garlic butter over medium heat.
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss in garlic butter.
Remove the meatballs from the oven and add them to the pasta.
Serve the dish warm, topped with additional Parmesan and fresh parsley.
