- Lay out the tortillas and add beef mixture as center filling.
- Top with tomatoes, lettuce, and jalapeƱos.
- Drizzle sour cream on top before wrapping.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly.
- Toast the wraps lightly on a skillet.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
