  • 4 salmon fillets 6 oz each
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple diced
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lime wedges for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the glaze by mixing honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet, skin side down.
  4. Drizzle the glaze over the salmon fillets, ensuring they are well-coated.
  5. Add the diced pineapple around the salmon on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
  7. Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes to caramelize the top slightly, if desired.
  8. Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
